New number update taking forever

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of service from Payflex. I have been trying to update my cellphone number since 25 February 2026, as I no longer have access to the old number. This is a simple request, yet it has taken weeks with no resolution. I have provided selfies/IDs, yet no one can help. My new phone number is not being added, leaving me unable to log in to my account. I have been a loyal user, but the inability to solve a simple number change is unacceptable. I have tried calling, but the line is never answered. This is appalling service and has caused major inconvenience.
