NEVER USE PAYFLEX!!!!! IT WILL BE THE START OF ENDLESS PROBLEMS !!!

I used my Payflex facility for the very first time last month(March) and it will also be my last time. I returned something I bought online on the 7th of March and the refund was fully processed on the 9th. However , when I check my Payflex wallet , the money is not refunded there. I logged a query on the Payflex website on the 20th but never received any feedback or my money back. I regret using Payflex and will never use it again. I will stick to Payjustnow . I have never experienced any issues with Payjustnow and their service just gets better and better. It's so difficult to even contact Payflex !!! The simplest things they can't even do.
