Need my refund

I have been trying to get my refund back from Payflex for 2 weeks now, I've returned my superbalist order a while back which was 3 items and I've kept 1 item and they told me to contact payflex, because I had that payment option. They deducted R271 twice off my banking account and my order was only approximately R199. Now I'm waiting for my refund. It's frustrating because superbalist can't help me further and I'm not getting any luck from payflex. I just want my refund. - Beeds
