Just wanted to recommend Naledi's service. It was my first time contacting Payflex as I had a small issue I needed to resolve. She was so friendly and was willing to help, she promised to call me back with feedback and I thought to myself I will probably never hear from her. To my surprise, she called me back and provided me with feedback. Although my query wasn't resolved the same day, I am so grateful that she went the extra mile. Thank you Naledi, I really appreciate.
