My payment not allocated.

My payment not allocated. I have paid my outstanding payment via EFT capitec pay on the 16th October 2025 since it was a due date, the payment was not allocated. Payflex sent me an sms saying they didn't get my payment as a result they charge me R95 late fee. I've sent them 4 emails and tried calling them more than 10 times and they just drop the call. I sent them many WhatsApp messages but no response from them. I'm so disappointed in them, this is more like they are ****ming me of my money as is still shows that I missed a payment of their app😡😡😡.
