Most frustrating business to deal with

Most non responsive and frustrating business I have come across.

I purchased a product from Takealot [whom are equally unhelpful in this matter. I received a call a few seconds ago from one of their very arrogant consultants basically stating they cannot do anything. Surprise, Surprise!!!]

Be that as it may, the issue stems from this useless payment platform called Payflex.

I ordered on takealot and selected payflex as the payment method. I selected to pay my purchase over 4 installments. 1st and 2nd Installment went of without issue. However for the 3rd installment I paid the total outstanding to cover both the 3rd and 4th installments.

Their system however only reflected the 3rd installment as paid and the error persisted on their system, despite numerous email request to resolve the issue. They just do not respond and good luck ever trying to reach them telephonically.

I now have made a further payment to cover the final installment(which was already paid) to avoid their late fees penalty resulting in me over paying and they just do not want to resolve this issue.
