Money taken from my account and no refunds

I have waited for a refund of a Takealot order that was cancelled on the 7th of July, I have emailed them and still I have not gotten any help.

I have also tried ordering from Superbalist using Payflex, money was taken from my account but the order on Superbalist was still “awaiting payment”, the order was then cancelled by Superbalist but I have not received my money from Payflex. I have emailed them but nothing has been done, automatic responses is all I’m getting.

It is quite frustrating because you can only contact them via stupid emails, why have a WhatsApp if the only response you will get is to contact them via email? Why have a phone number if it doesn’t work? Why even send an email if they don’t bother to help? It’s really nonsense, it’s the worst.
