Money taken from me but no order created

I have placed an order on takealot and paid with payflex the money was deducted from my account but the order was not created on payflex and it showed unpaid on takealot i never got my order because of this error and my money was deducted from my account. I contacted support 13th October for my money to be reversed and even showed them proof that the money was taken by Payflex. They have not rep**** to me for 7 days now. I even followed up with them but nothing. Such poor customer service, its unbelievable.
