Money gone but never got what I ordered.

I ordered fridge on takealot use Payflex as method of payment as usually but this time payment never reach merchant it went straight to Payflex account. Takealot declined the order cause Payflex didn't pay them. When I call them phones not working and emails bounce back.

Payflex please call me and refund my money back.
