Money deducted but order didn’t go through

Payflex refuses to assist me with this matter with Temu. I selected the option to pay with Payflex when I made a purchase on Temu however the order was immediately canceled but the money was already debited. I reached out to Payflex to refund the money and they refused saying that Temu had to refund me but Temu never received any money. These people's customer service is so poor let me not get started on their call center that is non existent as you can never get through. They don't even bother calling you back. It's honestly so upsetting since they are debiting for an order that I'm not going to receive!!!!
