Money being deducted before installment date selected.

I purchased a ticket for hey neighbor 2025 with payflex. I've selected a date for the 25th of every month for deductions for my installment for 4x months. My first payment was on the 2nd of June. On the 16th of June payflex tried deducting from my account for the second installment which wasn't due. Because there was not enough money in my account for the 2nd installment, it didn't go through. Payflex is now charging me fees for missed payments which was not supposed to be deducted until the 25th of the month. I have called, I have emailed, I've used their online web support and I have been I unable to get this matter sorted. No one has gotten back to me. They don't answer their customer line and they haven't even emailed me back concerning this matter. I am highly disappointed with the customer service and terrible service provided by payflex. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
