Misunderstanding with my complaint,

Hi I did a review a few weeks ago and I feel so ashamed about my review at that time I was so confused and it was my first purchase from payflex and I misunderstood the payment and refund issue and I sent a email stating my complain, and today a lovely lady Nokuphila Nokuphila who works for payflex phoned me regarding my complain and she explain everything to me and I realize that I was at fault and that payflex did nothing wrong 😔 but it's sorted now. Thank you for the call Nokuphila. What a nice lady🌻
