Luck of honesty and expertise.

I order kids tablet on take a lot on 27 April 2025 and pay 1st installment via payflex, on the 28 April 2025,i canceled the order, tablets was not delivered at all. On 29 April 2025,got the email from Payflex confirming cancelation and stating that refund will be made within 72hours to the original payment method, waited til today, no refund received and no order on my account canceled. On the 11 May 2025,Paxfkex debited the 2nd installment from that same order from my account, wrote 3 emails already to payflex concerning that natter, no response til today and the order still outstanding for another debit on 25 May 2025. I m very disappointed to see a big company like Payflex with luck of honesty and expertise that customers can trust!!!! Anyone who have an idea on how I can get my full refund from Payflex????
