Lower Limit overnight
I had a spending total of R1950 yesterday with payments still to be made within the next two weeks. This morning I woke up to only have R450 of limit to spend. How does this happen when no purchases were made?

We have recently reviewed all spend Limits in line with various Macro Economic changes in South Africa and Payflex's ongoing business requirements. This is in line with our Terms and Conditions https://payflex.co.za/terms-conditions/ specifically section 4.4 which reads as follows: 4.4. Payflex reserves the right, at any time with or without notice, based on our reasonable assessment, to amend your spend limit. This, unfortunately, may have affected your personal spend limit by reducing it. However, kindly note that your spending limit could increase over time as long as you pay your installments on or before the due date for all your current and new spending plans.
It is also very important to maintain a good credit history with other credit providers, as we take this into consideration as well when assessing customer spend limits.
