Low spend limit
I have been purchasing regularly using payflex and have always made payments in full and well before due dates.
My credit score looks good as well I only have 3 clothing accounts which are up to date and have a low utilization. My current spend limit on payflex is extremely low, I aware spend limits ate based on certain criteria, but based off my payment history using payflex and my credit history in general, I'm sure someone can review, I'm keen on purchasing a washing machine through payflex on takealot and was hoping I get get a review on my spend limit. I'm aware this is not a credit facility in general but please review my spend limit. Was considering payjust now as other alternative as I prefer paying things with no interest.
Dissapointed to an extent with payflex

You National credit score at Transunion has dropped by a lot over the last year.
So our system has put you on a lower spend limit.
This is in line with our Terms and Conditions https://payflex.co.za/terms-conditions/ specifically section 4.4 which reads as follows:
4.4. Payflex reserves the right, at any time with or without notice, based on our reasonable assessment, to amend your spend limit.
However, kindly note that your spending limit could increase over time as long as you pay your installments on or before the due date for all your current and new spending plans.
It is also very important to maintain a good credit history with other credit providers, as we take this into consideration as well when assessing customer spend limits.

My account I have at paid in full and on time. My payflex account is always paid up way before the last installment is even due.
So I do not see how my spend limit can remain the same as I ahve access to personal credit reports and pay my accounts well.
