Limit increase

Good day I opened an account with payflex a few years ago where I was able to purchase, however the amount that I was able to purchase with suddenly became R0. Still after 3 years the amount is the shame. I buy with payjustnow and happy pay and they do not seem to have a problem with my score, why is it only payflex? Could you kindly review my account.
