I Had an interacation with Teboho Mphatsoe a payflex support advisor regarding updating my contact so that i will be able to login into their portal, at first i could tell he/she didnt pay attention to my initial querry because the response given was way off and had nothing to do with my innitial query, I then tried make them aware that we not on the same page and tried to birng them to up to speed with my request, his/her response in defense was that thier policy states so, and guess what i read thier policy and the information i was given by Teboho Mphatsoe was inacurate and Iam sure if companies keep hiring people with no product knowlagde how they think they going to retain customers
