Item Returned & No Refund Processed From Payflex - Horrible Customer Service!

Horrible customer service from Payflex! I have used them for years and have always been impressed, until now.

I returned an item to Takealot, which was processed efficiently. I never received any feedback from Payflex regarding the returned item so I followed up.

They sent a auto-generated screen shot of who knows what, with amounts they make no sense and is unrelated to my order.

I have tried to call, WhatsApp and Email with no response from them.

I will not support them going forward or refer them to anyone!
