It was a good service until recently when I had a 4 payment order

It was a good service until recently when I had a 4 payment order.I always pay before debit order day and my bank confirmed that payflex received payment but doesn't reflect on their site ,4th payment reflect as 3rd payment.I emailed and sent them proof till today I haven't received a response.I have been charged late payment fee of R95 .The sms they sent me also states that I will be charged R285 if payment is not received within Seven days.The service is very bad.😞 I don't think I will use the service again.
