I’m writing to request urgent assistance regarding my Payflex account. I had a credit of R3022 available, but when I attempted to make a purchase, the system reflected a negative balance of -R276.

This appears to be an error, and it is preventing me from completing my transaction. I have tried contacting your support line multiple times without success, and I would appreciate it if you could look into and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
