INSTALLMENT REFUND

I ordered a couch on the 29th of August on Makro online and I payed using PayFlex the couch was R1500 which was deducted on my PayFlex account then I made my 1st installment which was R490.00. After making the order then I received a message saying that my order will be delivered on the 4th of September come 4th of September my order was cancelled saying that my order is out of stock. So I was refunded the 1500 that they deducted on my PayFlex account but then since today I have not received the installment that I made on the 29th of August which was 490
