incorrect contact number

I have an issue with my payflex account. for the past 2 years my account has been linked to a contact number that doesn't belong to me. I've requested them to update my number for more than twice with a self picture holding ID but nothing's changed I was told my number is linked to someone. this is really an acceptable and is frustrating me every time i need to do purchase.
