Impossible to register an account with Payflex

It is impossible to register an account with this company. Registration requires taking a selfie using third party software that does not work - no matter from which angle the photo is taken. I gave up after several attempts. To date, there has been zero support or feedback on the issue from these people, except for spam mails encouraging me to start using my invalid account.
