I’m disappointed with their service, I used their service to pay take a lot, I ended up cancelled my order with take a lot

I’m disappointed with their service, I used their service to pay take a lot, I ended up cancelled my order with take a lot. The money was refunded back to Payflex, however Payflex has been continuing to deduct from my account. They even added interest on my account . when I try to send email, no one is responding , their call centre number no one is picking even their what’s app number it’s just ticking with no one responding. I don’t know what to do again please help. Thanks
