I’m disappointed with Payflex!!!

I’m very disappointed with Payflex for having stores that **** people under their system. I bought shoes from Alora which I have not received until this day and my only reason I trusted this supplier it is because it’s Payflex less that I didn’t know that they don’t verify suppliers thoroughly as if that was the case I wouldn’t find myself in this crisis. I have sent numerous emails to the supplier with no response, however Anna from Payflex has been assisting to resolve the matter but shes seems to be defeated as the supplier has still not delivered my order nor responded to any of emails. Mind you the supplier only has email as form of communication no any other.

How are we suppose to trust Payflex going forward?? Letting our hard earned money straight to the drain😞 I’m very hurt cos I have been using Payflex for years now this is the first and they are failing to assist me.
