I'm disappointed in PAYFLEX
Payflex is a great help to many south Africans but what I don't like is how they select dates like a date that you not getting paid. You try to call them and no one ever answers their phones. They keep on debiting your account and expecting you to be liable for the charge of a bounced debit order. I mean I don't understand how they do business if they can't negotiate with a customer when they debit and find no money because I've sent them emails as well no nothing.

Please note that payment dates are clearly displayed when you place your order, allowing you to review and align them with your pay date before completing your purchase.
As such, you would have had visibility of your future payment dates at the time of the order.
Due to the complexity of our payment plans, we are unable to alter dates on existing orders. However, you are welcome to request salary date changes for future orders.
We regret to inform you that we will continue to make attempts to collect any outstanding installments until they are fully paid, as outlined in our agreement.
