Identity theft
I tried to open an account with payflex only to find out that I already have an account which i never opened so now I can't open an account because someone stole my identity, how is it that someone is using my ID number without having my ID card. How do they even verify if the person who is using the ID number is the owner? This is unacceptable I want my identity back 😡😡😡

Your review is not entirely accurate. Why you have mentioned identity theft and *****? That is very strange.
We have looked at our production system and confirm you are already registered with your ID and the same email and cell phone number as per your Hello Peter profile. i.e. w i n n i e s p o n o n o @ g m a il . c o m and 0-6-7 9-7-7 6-9-7-3
All that is required is for you to have your ID verified.
However, looking at our support system we are not able to find any emails from you requesting assistance.
So this review is very confusing and inaccurate.
