I received a refund of R2,999 from Superbalist, but only R1,523.34 is showing in my Payflex wallet. I’ve emailed multiple times, tried calling, but there’s no response and no way to speak to a real person. This is day 3 with zero help. Unacceptable service. I am extremely frustrated!
