I ordered items from takealot,however upon delivery 1 of the items was incorrect,it was collected by takealot and a refund was processed on 11 January 2025 for R150

I ordered items from takealot,however upon delivery 1 of the items was incorrect,it was collected by takealot and a refund was processed on 11 January 2025 for R150. Problem now is with Payflex,i am unable to withdraw that refund because its not reflecting.I have been assisted by Anna who has been sending me from pillar to post up to this day. For weeks she has been saying the money is in my wallet but i have gone to the extent if sending her my bank statement to prove that i have not withdrawn that money. She then told me i wont be getting the refund since my payflex account was not paid in full,so i paid the account in full and waited.when i did follow up with her this week,she just told me i wont be getting a refund because Takealot did a partial refund of 150 instead of 1160...the refunded item was R150 only,i dont know what she is going on about...but Payflex is a bunch of ****mers now,il be using PayJustNow from now onwards. I HATE PAYFLEX!!!
