I Need My Refund!

I have been contacting payflex through emails more than 5 times (since Mid December) to get my refund back. I returned my Superbalist order (all products) mid December and was told to get my refund from payflex as they already refunded them (Superbalist contact person sent me the proof of payment). Unfortunately payflex doesn't take my story but only refunded me R225 out of R1662,5 that I paid. I am still waiting for their response and refund after sending the proof I received from Superbalist. What's frustrating is that they don't even have call center, you have to send emails non-stop without even getting any response.
