I made payment on my payflex account using EFT last week (10/10/2025)

I made payment on my payflex account using EFT last week (10/10/2025). The funds were successfully deducted from my bank account, but they have not yet been allocated to my Payflex account. My account is on arrear since I don’t get the help I need.
