I have been waiting for the past three weeks for payflex to adjust my payment method after receiving the refund from the two merchants. According to payflex, it has been adjusted and reduced, which is incorrect. I have called them every day for the past three weeks, and there's an automated voice-mail that they are experiencing a high volume of calls. They don't reply to emails . Absolutely pathetic service!!!!!
