I have been receiving AUTO REPLIES from payflex@support

I have been receiving AUTO REPLIES from *** since 15Apr25. When I email to complain about it, absolutely nothing happens and guess what.... I get another auto reply .... and sometimes even asking me to rate their service. I am extremely frustrated in their professionalism and customer care. Something so small as repeated AUTO REPLIES is driving me up the walls and makes me wonder how efficient Payflex really is, if they can't get the basics right - reading, reacting and replying to customer emails. Worst of all, you can't even complain on the ChatBot nor WApp... because guess what - they both refer you to the email address.
