I have an account with payflex

I have an account with payflex. . Which I was paying in a good way all of a sudden my account is blocked I don't know why been emailing them but they just respond with that my problem is solved I can use my account yet when I check it's still the same it's almost 2weeks trying to solve this but with no luck. . .and the email address they are using is not helping at all
