I bought items from ...

I bought items from shein on the 30/09/2025 and i used payflex as a payment option....i later realised i ddnt get a confirmation email from shein so i emailed them,then they advised me that my order was cancelled. So i then contacted payflex to find out what happened to my R2600 but there was no correspondence,only an email saying i will be attended by an agent in 72hrs and that was a week ago. When i sent a follow up email the reply says my ticket has been closed and my query will not be attended and they give me an option to log another ticket. I have been ****** R2600 by payflex!!!🤬🤬
