I bought a fridge at Makro in March through payflex

I bought a fridge at Makro in March through payflex. Only to find out that it was out of stock, Makro did a refund on the 28th of March. When am trying to login to my payflex account it keep on saying "incorrect account details ". I changed the password but still it says incorrect account details. But they are not giving my money back
