I am very unhappy with their service, they couldn't deduct money on the 2nd and I tried to pay after,since until today it doesn't allow me and they keep increasing the amount

I am very unhappy with their service, they couldn't deduct money on the 2nd and I tried to pay after,since until today it doesn't allow me and they keep increasing the amount. Their line for calls isn't working. And they are not even responding to my emails. I've been trying for days to get hold of them with no luck. Now it means I have to 400 something instead of 150 for a thing that could be avoided if their phone was working or they responded to the email.
