I am extremely disappointed with Payflex and the level of service I have received. What is advertised as a convenient and flexible payment solution has turned into a frustrating experience. The system lacks proper communication and transparency. Payments are not always reflected correctly, and trying to resolve issues is unnecessarily difficult. Customer support is slow to respond, and when they do, the assistance provided is often unhelpful or generic. This has caused unnecessary stress, especially when dealing with financial matters where accuracy and reliability are crucial. A service like this should prioritize efficiency and clear communication, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I would not recommend Payflex to anyone
