Horrible experience with no communication and response

Payflex has been very disappointing. I placed an order and they took my money, but the payment never went through to the merchant. How am I supposed to receive my goods if the merchant hasn’t received the money? I have logged multiple calls on their website, but no one has responded. My money has not been refunded either.
