Horrible customer service. Lack of support.
I have been trying to simply update my cellphone number for over a month now. I sent the first email with all of the information needed on the 4th of April but got no response. I sent a 2nd email on the 9th of May. Nothing.
I don't understand why 1 can't update their own number via the app anyway.

27 May 2025, 19:10Still no response from Payflex. Almost 2 months later. I only need 1 simple thing from them. I simply need assistance updating my cell number. 💔 That time I have a R4000 refund from takealot that I need to withdraw from my wallet.
