Horrible customer service experience

Horrible customer service experience...I made purchase on the 26th of May using payflex as a checkout ...they debited money and block my account afterwards .after multiple tries of contacting them since today there's no luck .self help service in WhatsApp are completely useless and time consuming...and all I need right now is for them to reimburse my money
