Horrible customer service and poor response turnaround time

This is in fact a 0 star rating, unfortunately the lowest rating available is a 1star which is believe is more than what is deserved.

I am a first time customer and I must say the experience has been poor thus far. Your call lines do not work, does anyone even work at you call centre period because I have not received a response to my email. I can never get a hold of your team. The chatbot you refer your clients to is just USELESS. Why refer us to the bot if it will only refer us to your email and contact number- the very same methods you guys do not respond to.

All I want is an email address change and clarity on my account. Nothing complex, should be straightforward!

I am beyond frustrated at the lack of service and turnaround time.
