Greed

I’ve had Payflex for years and it was good in the beginning, but now it just feels greedy. On the rare occasions a payment doesn’t go through, I always fix it immediately with no issues.

Today I was hit with an instant R95 penalty. I paid everything off immediately and asked for my account to be deactivated. I want nothing to do with a company that treats loyal customers this way.
