I had a delivery issue with one of Payflex’s merchants, so I reached out to Payflex for assistance. They stepped in and helped resolve the matter, making sure that I received my order. They also apologised for the inconvenience, and the merchant provided a small token as a gesture of apology. I really appreciate Payflex for their support and for making sure the issue was resolved.
