Great Service From Dineo to Resolve Payment Issue

I had an issue where my account was debited twice instead of once, for a 4 payment schedule, and was assisted by Dineo who provided me with a very quick response via email to let me know they were looking into the issue. I then received a call from Dineo later in the day to ask if a would like a refund or for the funds to be allocated to my next payment and only a couple of minutes after the call the funds had already been allocated correctly.
