Funds Stuck in Payflex Wallet – No Support Response for Over a Week

I recently processed a refund with Steve Madden, which was quick and efficient on their part. However, the refunded amount is now stuck in my Payflex wallet, and I’ve been unable to access or withdraw the funds.

I’ve tried every support channel Payflex provides – emailed *** , called the call center on ***, and even reached out via their WhatsApp number. All of these attempts have gone unanswered.

It’s completely unacceptable for a financial services company to be unresponsive, especially when it involves customer funds. How can a company operate with contact methods that don’t work?

All I want is access to my refunded money or for it to be returned to my original payment method. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support and transparency.

Please assist with resolving this matter urgently.
