Funds deducted but still says I owe..
I made a payment on the 15 of January 2025 and it was scheduled to go off on the 13th. The app still indicates that I owe money, and I am unable to open the particular transaction. I have sent emails and tried calling them to no avail.

20 Jan 2025, 08:07No one has contacted me, I have been calling them since the 15 January, no one is picking up, I have sent emails to no avail. They tried deductung from my account for a transaction that I know nothing about.. Their whatsapp robot is also useless. Every communication method from Payflex is useless.
