Frustrating Automated system not working for the client

I am extremely frustrated with the automated system and non-existent customer service at Payflex I have been a loyal customer but this system is frustrating your clients. I am trying to complete my profile verification using my legally valid South African green ID book because their automated system cannot process older ID books. It forces you into an endless verification loop. Following their guidelines for a manual workaround, I opened a support ticket last week Saturday 22.08.2026
