Forced to go at for returned items

I orders 3 items from Takealot order # *** and paid via payflex

Two of the items were returned however when I checked my payment for April I am still expected to pay for the returned items.

When i contact Payflex they say I must clear it with Takealot when I contact Takealot they say I must clear it with payflex.

This is absolutely annoying and discouraging me to use your services again.

Please sort out your accounts and reflect the refunds before the debit order goes through
