Fix your biometrics urgently or you'll lose alot of customer

I've written numerous emails regarding their biometrics that's failing the can't assist me what should I do now they keep sending links that you can't access and closing the ticket without making sure the problem is sorted I've been using payflex for so long never had a problem but now this is ridiculous really can someone with authority please assist me urgently
